Molding and Milling Foam

For milling and molding foam applications, Smithers Oasis Engineered Products enable you to easily create intricate designs by CNC machine or hand without heat. The finished foam shape can then be coated to create a rigid form for further development or as an end product.

In addition to molding and milling foam applications including CNC foam, Smithers Oasis Engineered Products are also recommended for architectural foam, foam props, craft foam, sculpting foam, 3D sign foam and more.

Maximum block size is 48″ x 49″ x 42″. Blocks can be joined with adhesive to make larger shapes.
You can request custom cut shapes and high density or low density foam for your specific application.
